On Wednesday 25 December and Wednesday 1 January, bins will not be collected. Instead, bins will be collected the following day and one day later for the rest of the week. If you want to remove trees or other plants (vegetation) from a footpath or a nature strip near your property you may need a permit from Nillumbik Shire Council.
If you don't have a permit, you may get a fine.
You don't need a permit to mow or maintain a nature strip if it has vegetation not native to Australia.
