On Wednesday 25 December and Wednesday 1 January, bins will not be collected. Instead, bins will be collected the following day and one day later for the rest of the week. Our customer service desk will be closed from 25 December to 5 January, however our call centre will only be closed on public holidays.

For urgent issues requiring immediate attention such as major flooding caused by a blocked drain, call Customer Service on 9433 3111 or our Emergency After Hours Service on 9433 3334.
