Seniors Rights Victoria
Seniors Rights Victoria provides information, support, advice and education to help prevent elder abuse and safeguard the rights, dignity and independence of older people. This confidential service is staffed by qualified and experienced people who can help you.
Seniors Rights Victoria can be contacted on 1300 368 821 from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday or at seniorsrights.org.au.

This is a website developed by the Victorian Department of Health for seniors. It is filled with useful information such as government support and services, community programs and contacts, health information, your rights, latest news and information on the Seniors Card.

Seniors Information Victoria
Seniors Information Victoria offers free information as an independent service, funded by the Victorian Government, on a wide range of issues of interest to older Victorians including housing options from independent living to residential care; home-based and community services; general information on financial and legal issues; health; wellbeing; retirement; new learning opportunities; and much more.

Council on the Ageing (COTA) Victoria
The Council on the Ageing (COTA) is a senior’s membership organisation that undertakes policy development, provides information on issues of importance to seniors, and represents the views of older Victorians to government, community and business organisations, the media and service providers.

You can also visit the COTA Victoria offices on Level 4, 533 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. The office is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm.

My Aged Care provides a clear entry point to the aged care system and is a key point of interaction with consumers including clients; carers; service providers; and health professionals.
