Report a street light issue

Generally, street lights are managed by AusNet and Council is not able to fix the issue.

If there is a seven digit number on a yellow tag on the pole, please report the issue directly to AusNet.

They can assist with issues such as general faults, placement of a light, or if a car has hit the pole.

If there is an issue with a street light that doesn't have a yellow tag, or you’d like to suggest where lighting should be installed, let us know.
