Pay an animal infringement notice fine

If you have received an animal infringement notice, you can pay your fine online. 

Please note that an animal infringement notice fine is different to an animal impoundment fee.

You must pay your fine by the due date or the matter will be forwarded to Fines Victoria.

How to pay

Step 1.Have the infringement notice with you

Locate the infringement number

Step 2.Have your credit card ready

Please note we are unable to accept Diners Club or American Express.

In person

Step 1.Bring your infringement notice with you

Step 2.Pay

Pay with cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa. We do not accept Diners Club and American Express.

Step 1.Prepare a cheque or money order

Payable to Nillumbik Shire Council and crossed 'Not Negotiable' 

Step 2.Return with the infringement notice to

Step 3.If you want a receipt

Write your name and address on the infringement notice and mail it to us

Payment plan

You may be eligible to have the due date of your fine extended.
