Eltham Community and Reception Centre
The Eltham Community and Reception Centre is the Shire’s premiere function venue providing a fully-accessible and functional community space. The beautiful and recently renovated building is set amidst lovely native grounds, retaining the unique character of the original iconic mudbrick building.
Refurbishment to the centre was completed in June 2017 and included accessibility upgrades, water harvesting, solar power, improved lighting, new amplifiers, improved foyer and commercial standard kitchen.
A landscaped amphitheatre provides a distinctive viewing area to enjoy concerts and performing arts activities.
There is ample car parking and entry is via Pitt Street.
Set amidst five acres of native gardens, this unique venue offers three impressive areas suitable for weddings, dinners, seminars, art shows and displays.
The Atrium
This venue is a glassed area overlooking parkland and has the capacity for up to 60 people. It is perfect for small functions, workshops, special birthdays and weddings.
Walter Withers Gallery
Opens onto a small deck, and has carpeted floors. Perfect for a wedding service, special birthdays, meetings or yoga groups.

Dorian LeGallienne Room
Perfect for larger functions, performances, special birthdays, weddings, memorials markets and meetings. Venue has a stage and timber floors.
