Eltham North Dog Park

eltham north dog park 2.png

This park is completely fenced, with a large main area for dogs to run around. There’s also a separate fenced area for smaller or quieter dogs.

Other features include rocks and logs to clamber and climb, drinking fountain, and a shade shelter and seats for owners to rest while their pets play.

There’s car parking and a new path that links the park to the Eltham North Adventure Playground and the Diamond Creek Trail.

Coming out of winter, parts of the park are wet and muddy, and so rotating sections will be cordoned off as the weather gets warmer to allow the grass to grow.

The park was made possible with $275,000 from the Victorian Government through the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning’s Suburban Parks Program and $450,000 from Council.
