Support At Home Expo

There have been many changes to the aged care system recently as a result of the aged care reforms.

The Nillumbik Ageing Well Team are holding an expo to allow the community to hear about the changes, how they may impact you and what the next steps will be. 

The Support at Home Program will replace the current Home Care Packages Program on 1 July 2025.

Aged care providers will be on site to answer any questions you may have in regard to working with a provider to meet your care needs.

This event is for people receiving a home care package, those on the wait list for in-home support, or for community interested in knowing more.
