A landscape photo of trees and shrubs that has been sliced 13 times vertically and placed together

Siri Hayes and Oliver D Wood
Eltham Library Community Gallery

This collaborative exhibition between mother, Siri Hayes, and her son, Oliver D Wood, shares the results of Wood working into, through and around Hayes’ 25-year archive of large format photographic negatives using pens, paint brushes, fire and sharp implements to create gestural line and texture. The collaboration prompts notions of the mystical and explores a sacred creative place between mother and child.
