The program is individually tailored to each group and aims to create fun and enjoyment.
Participants complete different activities each session and have a chat about different topics. There is an opportunity to connect with others through activities, discussions and a cup of tea.
You can learn more and receive support in caring for someone with dementia. Connect with others who understand your situation — take steps for your own wellbeing and find the support you need.
This seven-week program will run every Tuesday and Thursday at Diamond Valley Library.
This is a pilot program run in partnership Holstep Health.
