Hurstbridge Wattle Festival

Wattle Festival.jpg

The Wattle Festival is a joyous celebration of our unique Australian heritage, environment and community. It’s a chance for locals to come out of winter hibernation and celebrate the joys of living in Melbourne’s green wedge in the Diamond Valley.

This annual event in Hurstbridge began in 2004 and has grown in strength each year.

This year's festival brings some great new attractions and of course the always popular flagship attraction to the festival is the fully restored K class steam engine from Steamrail Victoria. The steam engine will shuttle between Hurstbridge and Eltham during the day.

Festival goers can stroll the main street and the various festival precincts in the village, and enjoy a fabulous and extensive array of entertainment, events and activities for all the family.
