Customer Service, Council offices and the Recycling Centre will be closed on Anzac Day. Bins will be collected the next day.
The countdown is on until the biggest Lawn Mower Racing club in Australia descends on Hurstbridge for an action-packed day.
Saturday 5 April from 10am, the beautiful bush-surrounded racing track at the school will come alive with the sound of modified mowers zooming around, thrilling crowds with high-speed, all-inclusive racing fun. This experienced club brings an electrifying atmosphere, and you're invited to be part of it.
With multiple races throughout the day, there’s never a dull moment—whether you're a motorsport fan or just curious to see what these racing mowers can do.
This family-friendly event is also about supporting Hurstbridge Primary School. Grab a bite from the sausage sizzle, browse the student-run market stalls and soak up the welcoming, community-driven vibes that make Hurstbridge so special. While you're there, take a wander through the school grounds and our charming village shops, cafes, takeaway and more, where the warmth of locals and visitors mingling with racing teams from across Victoria is as much a highlight as the racing itself.
Feeling curious? Check out the AROLMRA website for a sneak peek at the action or show up on the day and enjoy the fun!
