Celebrate Children’s Week with a calming and rejuvenating Family Yoga event!

This event is designed to bring families together for a shared experience of yoga, aimed at promoting physical health, mental relaxation, and family bonding.

Suitable for all ages and experience levels, Family Yoga offers a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness and enjoy gentle exercise in a peaceful setting.

This is a free activity however bookings are necessary and can be made by emailing jackie.babington@alignedleisure.com.au with your name, preferred contact method and how many will be attending.
