Join Edendale's current Artist in Residence, Dylan Negri to create images using natural materials and the power of the sun.

Cyanotypes are a cheap and cameraless image making technique that involves layering natural objects like feathers or flowers on paper that harnesses the power of the sun to make detailed prints.

• Best suited to the age group of 5-10 year olds. This is also a great activity for parents and their children to do together.  Accompanying adults are not required to purchase a ticket.
• Please allow plenty of time to find a carpark and make your way to the Ironbark Shelter as the Farm can be very busy in the holidays.

 

Appropriate for:

5 to 10 year olds with an interest in art and nature

What you will learn:

An image making process focussed on natural materials, sustainability and creative exploration.

 What to wear:

Casual clothes and sun protection.

Self-catering and picnics are welcome every day at Edendale.
