Submit plans to satisfy planning permit conditions

If your planning permit includes conditions asking for changes to plans or documents, you will need to update them and lodge them for reassessment. You will not be able to act on the permit until the plans and other documents have been assessed and endorsed.

Do not email your plans and documents to Planning Services - you must submit them via our online portal.

How to submit

Steps

Step 1.Prepare your documentation

You will need to include:

  • plans with all the changes required by the permit conditions
  • any other documents or plans, as required by the permit conditions.

Step 2.Submit your plans and documents

If you are ready, submit your plans and documents using our online portal.

Make sure you log in to eServices with the details used when you lodged the application.

After you submit

A planner will assess your plans and documents to ensure they meet the condition/s requirements. If they meet them we will send back your plans stamped as 'endorsed'. Your planning permit is complete when you have these endorsed plans. You will need to give these to your building surveyor who is issuing your building permit. You must comply with them when completing your approved use and/or development.

If our planner finds that your plans and documents do not meet the requirements of the permit conditions, you will need to resubmit them. We will outline the issues that must be addressed in the next version of the plans. You will need to pay a fee to re-submit condition plans.
