On Wednesday 25 December and Wednesday 1 January, bins will not be collected. Instead, bins will be collected the following day and one day later for the rest of the week. Our customer service desk will be closed from 25 December to 5 January, however our call centre will only be closed on public holidays.

When we receive your application it will be assigned to one of our planners, who will begin the assessment process. VicSmart applications go through a different process. They aren’t advertised, the assessment time is shorter and the decision is made by our planners.
