Make sure you:

Before you apply, you'll need to create an account for eservices. Most registrations are approved within one business day. You'll only need to register once to submit, track and amend your application.

Prepare your information

You need to submit:

  • Certificate of Title from Landata copy (dated within the last three months) with a copy of any registered covenants and/or Section 173 agreements
  • summary of what you are proposing on the property.

You may also need to submit (if relevant):

  • site plan showing existing conditions and proposed building and/or structure, including setbacks
  • floor and elevation plan of the proposed building and/or structure - these can be hand drawn or preliminary design plans
  • reports - anything you have ready such as arborist or bushfire management reports, traffic engineering assessments etc.

When we receive your application it will be assigned to one of our planners. You can expect to receive a written response via email within 14 days.

If we confirm that you need a planning permit, the next step is to request a pre-application meeting or to prepare your application.
