On Wednesday 25 December and Wednesday 1 January, bins will not be collected. Instead, bins will be collected the following day and one day later for the rest of the week. Our customer service desk will be closed from 25 December to 5 January, however our call centre will only be closed on public holidays.

You may receive an invoice via email from us to pay a fee for a planning application, advertising, changes to your application and to submit revised plans.
If you have not received an expected email, contact Planning Services on 03 9433 3343. Quote your application number if you know it.
You will need the payment reference number from the letter or email you received. If you can’t find it, contact us.
Use our secure online payment gateway to pay our invoice. Note we don’t accept Diners Club, American Express or Westpac Corporate cards.
