The Recycling Centre will be closed on Sunday 26 and Monday 27 January. There will be no impact to bin collections. Our customer service desk and call centre will be closed on Monday 27 January.
From 6 January to 24 January, our customer service desk will be open 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday. Our call centre remains open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
After your asset protection permit application is received, we will send you an invoice for the permit fee, which is a non-refundable administration fee. There is no bond required.
The invoice must be paid within 28 days of the invoice issue date.
You will need the online payment reference number.
Please note we do not accept Diners Club and American Express.
