Community Satisfaction Survey

Each year Council engages a consultancy company to undertake the Annual Community Satisfaction Survey as Council wants to know what our community thinks about a range of areas including:

Council's overall performance
Council's services and facilities
Planning and housing development
Communication methods; and more

The survey assists in providing insight into how we can provide improved and effective services and facilities to our community.
