Council is currently conducting a survey to gather valuable insights into the perspectives of local businesses in the Shire. This annual survey is open to all businesses in Nillumbik and aims to inform Council’s Economic Development and Tourism Department's efforts in providing effective support now and in the future.
Mayor Ben Ramcharan said Council is committed to fostering the growth and resilience of local businesses, regardless of their stage of operation.
“The survey data will help shape the Council's approach to economic development and guide our advocacy efforts,” he said.
“We’re looking to gauge the challenges and trends local businesses are facing and identify what services would be utilised by the business community.”
Respondents will have the opportunity to enter a draw for a $100 Shop in Our Shire voucher, which can be redeemed at their preferred local business.
