About Council meetings

Council meetings are generally held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7pm (unless otherwise advertised) in the Council Chamber at 32 Civic Drive Greensborough. 

Council has one delegated committee established under section 63 of the Local Government Act 2020 - the Planning & Consultation Committee (PCC). Meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm (unless otherwise advertised) in the Council Chamber at 32 Civic Drive Greensborough.

In accordance with Governance Rule - Meeting Procedures(PDF, 776KB), meetings may be held by a virtual platform and would not be held in the Council Chamber. Any changes to the date, time or location of meetings will be advertised.

Extraordinary meetings may be called as required and are advertised on Council's website.

The current Council term ends in October 2024, with the general Council election to be held on 26 October 2024. Meeting dates for the new Council term will be determined following the declaration of the election results.

Attend Council meetings

Members of the public are welcome to attend the Council Chamber in person at 32 Civic Drive, Greensborough. In the event the meeting is held on a fully virtual platform, or you are not able to attend, you can watch the meeting online.
