One-on-one transport
About
This service is for eligible residents to access their local community. This service operates on weekdays and is subject to availability.
Eligibility
Transport is for residents who are 65 years of age or over, who are registered with My Aged Care, and have been referred to Council for the service.
Residents who are under 65 years of age, and do not have an approved NDIS plan can contact Council on 9433 3723 to discuss their situation. Council is not a registered NDIS provider.
Accessibility
Passengers are required to be independently mobile and able to get in and out of a car independently. Drivers can assist with seatbelts and loading/unloading mobility aids as needed.

Passengers can use one-on-one transport to access the community for:
- medical appointments
- Allied health
- shopping
Volunteers
