Connected St Andrews Organisation Grants awarded

The Connected St Andrews Organisation Grants focused on building strong community connections and relationships in and around St Andrews, to help people to manage better during and after an emergency like a storm or bushfire. During 2022, the Connected St Andrews Project held sessions with community members to create a list of community dreams and goals for the township and surrounding areas.

This funding was allocated by Council to Wadambuk St Andrews Community Centre, St Andrews Men's Shed, St Andrews Primary School and St Andrews CFA Brigade as per the initial Connected St Andrews project plan, to be used by these organisations for projects and activities to achieve ongoing benefits for the St Andrews and surrounding communities, and that met one or more of the Connected St Andrews community goals.
