Plenty Valley FM is the community radio station for the north eastern fringe of Melbourne, specifically within the Shire of Nillumbik and Cities of Whittlesea and Banyule.
Plenty Valley FM is the local designated emergency broadcaster for this area and is a vital link in the provision of vital emergency advice and warnings to the local community.
We represent and support the community with diverse programs, from general and specialist music to local sport, lifestyle and infotainment through to multicultural programs.
Plenty Valley FM has had its full time licence since 1990 and survives through the generosity of philanthropy, grants and memberships as well as business support through purchasing of radio advertising packages (referred to in community radio as sponsorship).
