Eltham Playhouse Occasional Care Centre
Council manages Playhouse Occasional Care Centres in Eltham and Panton Hill.
The registered services comply with the Children’s Services Act 1996 and the Children’s Services Regulations 2010. The Child Care Subsidy is available based on eligibility.
The Playhouses provide occasional care for children aged three months to six years.
Our facilities
Set in a natural environment, our Playhouses provide a caring environment to support your child to grow and develop within a group setting.
Our highly qualified, dedicated and passionate educators provide an atmosphere in which collaboration and partnerships with all families is fostered.
The education program focuses on supporting children to build relationships, explore and learn alongside other children
Types of care and activities
The children’s programs are based on the needs and interests of the individual children in the group.
We enjoy taking the children out to explore the local environment taking advantage of the nearby parklands and recreation spaces.
Playhouses implement their Sun Smart Policy during the first and fourth terms.
Children are required to bring their own nutritional morning snack and lunch.
There are cots available for those children who require a sleep while in care.

Applicable from 1 July 2024:
- Booked session $83.00
- Casual session $90.00

How to enrol/enrolment process
Please contact the Playhouse directly should you wish to enrol your child at either of the Playhouse Occasional Care Centres.
