Eltham LinC is affiliated with LinC National which was originally established by World Vision. We offer services to the community to demonstrate our Christian care for those in need regardless of race, religion or gender. Our services are dedicated by our volunteer resources and finances
Eltham LinC currently provides food parcels to Allwood House, Odyssey House, Health Ability and DVCS to assist people in need of emergency food and to individuals as well.
With the help of volunteers each year we pack and deliver Christmas hampers to those without transport , who are isolated and maybe have a disability. Not only do we give a hamper of Christmas goodies but we hope it demonstrates that there are people in the community who care and give the hope that Christmas brings.
We maintain the LinC Community Pantry (which is located at St. Margaret's Eltham 29-31 Pitt Street Eltham) which is open 24/7 for anyone in need of emergency food and toiletries - even pet food. We collect Data for DVCS so we can see which items are most needed and can stock the pantry accordingly.
