We are a recreational running group based in the North-East suburbs of Melbourne and welcome people of all running abilities. We run regular sessions from Marngrook Oval in Diamond Creek during the week and move around the local area and further afield for our Sunday morning runs.
We have an 8 week 'Start to Run' program which runs twice a year (September & February) and is aimed at those who have never run before and those wanting to return to running after a break or injury.
We encourage anyone interested in joining us to come along and try a session or two with us before committing to membership. We are Athletics Victoria Affiliated and have Level 1 & 2 Aths Vic qualified coaches running the majority of our sessions. All ages welcome.
