Banksia Palliative Care Service provides free home based palliative care for people living with a progressive terminal illness.
Our services are provided at no cost to our clients and their carers.
We define palliative care as client and family centred care, which is equitable, holistic, dynamic and inclusive, and enables people with a life-limiting illness to live their best life.
OUR VISION is that every person accesses and receives exceptional, personalised palliative care support at the right time, and in the right place. OUR MISSION is to provide exceptional palliative care services that assure quality in life, dignity in death and support in bereavement.
Our team includes Physicians, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, music and massage therapists.
