Partners in Wellbeing
The Partners in Wellbeing helpline offers free and confidential one-on-one access to experienced wellbeing coaches, financial counsellors and business advisors who understand exactly what you’re going through.
They have the skills and insights to improve your sense of wellbeing, help you develop coping strategies, and provide the advice and support you need to get through this difficult time. Qualified financial counsellors provide advice, information and support to help small business manage debt and financial issues. The business advisory service provides professional and practical support for small business owners.

NewAccess for Small Business Owners
Beyond Blue’s NewAccess for Small Business Owners (NASBO) is a guided self-help mental health coaching program.
It’s free, confidential and convenient. Available nationally by phone or video call, no GP referral is required.
Over 6 sessions, your mental health coach will work with you to manage stress and overwhelm using straightforward problem-solving approaches. All mental health coaches are specially trained and have a small business background so they understand your unique challenges.
Small Business Debt Helpline
The Small Business Debt Helpline (the Helpline) is a national service providing financial counselling support to small business. The Helpline is operated by Financial Counselling Australia.
The service can assist with understanding business and personal debt, personal guarantees and their implications. They can also assist with providing options for payment arrangements with the Australian Taxation Office, creditors and suppliers, accessing dispute resolutions, information about bankruptcy and liquidation, disaster relief and emotional support.

Rural Financial Counselling Service
The Rural Financial Counselling Service Gippsland provides agricultural industries and small rural businesses with free, confidential and independent business planning support for the agricultural industry. This service covers the Nillumbik Shire Council area. Call 1300 045 747 to discuss how they can help with your needs.
