You will need a permit from Nillumbik Shire Council if you want to use the footpath to:
- display an A-frame advertising sign, or
- provide outdoor seating facilities (tables and chairs only), or
- display goods for sale, including display items such as umbrellas, planter boxes, free standing structures etc.
A separate permit is required for each of the above permit types. If you don't have a permit, you may get a fine.
