The Recycling Centre will be closed on Sunday 26 and Monday 27 January. There will be no impact to bin collections. Our customer service desk and call centre will be closed on Monday 27 January.
From 6 January to 24 January, our customer service desk will be open 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday. Our call centre remains open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
If you want to film or take commercial photographs on land owned or managed by Nillumbik Shire Council you will need a permit.
If you want to trade on the footpath, you will need a permit from Council. This includes displaying goods, providing outdoor eating or putting up an A-frame sign.
If you want to run a domestic animal business (shelter, pet shop, breeder, kennel, cattery etc), it must be registered with Council.

Business owners and employees in some areas of Eltham and Diamond Creek can apply for a trader's parking permit.
If you want to place a clothing recycling bin within Nillumbik Shire Council you will need a permit.
